1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GoMarket platform (the "Service"), including during its closed beta phase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoMarket ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

2 Beta Program

GoMarket is currently operating in a closed beta phase. Access is limited to invited testers only. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge that:

4 Description of Service

GoMarket is a decentralized prediction market platform that allows eligible users to buy and sell outcome shares on the resolution of real-world events, including but not limited to events in the categories of politics, sports, technology, finance, and global news.

All market transactions are settled on-chain using smart contracts. GoMarket does not hold user funds in custody. You retain sole control of your connected wallet at all times.

GoMarket does not guarantee the accuracy of market data, event resolutions, or any prices displayed on the platform. Markets are resolved based on publicly verifiable information from trusted data sources, the selection of which is at our discretion.

5 User Accounts & Wallets

GoMarket is non-custodial. You connect using a compatible third-party cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We have no ability to recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

7 Risks & Disclaimers

Trading on prediction markets involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit to any position. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on GoMarket, including but not limited to the logo, design, interface, text, and software, is the property of GoMarket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoMarket and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from:

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify beta testers via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
